At MunchHollow, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Our refund policy is in place to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order from munchhollow.sbs, please follow the guidelines below for a refund or exchange.
Refund Requests
If you wish to request a refund, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

- Upon approval, we will proceed with the refund to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that we do not accept refunds for gift cards or any perishable goods such as food (e.g., pizza, beverages) other than in circumstances where they are faulty or not as described.
Exchanges

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may grant a partial refund:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Process Time

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Shipping
